Main goal is to prevent borrowers from default and repossession of collateral. Update all account activity in system software. Upon receipt of all payments, responsible to log each payment on a spreadsheet. All logs were to be accurate for management and auditing reasons. Responsible for file maintenance as needed. Followed all requirements to reach month end goals and end of the year goals. Set up accounts for assignments such as Repossession of collateral, provided account information to Repossession companies

Filed notices of intent. Assigned accounts to 3rd party collection agencies. Education
