Role:-

HR Planning: Coordinating with Department Head, Preparing estimation of manpower requirements, doing job analysis, preparing job descriptions and job specifications of positions required.

Joining and Induction: Design a structured Induction program for all new joiners and responsible for their orientation and induction.

Negotiating with CTCs and other terms of the engagement

Training & Development: Looking after induction for new recruits for quick integration into their functions, Collation of training feedback.

Attendence & Leave Management: Looking after attendance & leave management system, maintaining & updating attendance sheets & leave records.

Record Management: Maintaining & updating Employee database and also maintenance of their personal files.

Participate in review meetings with respective HODs and present the progress status against timelines.

Performance Appraisals: Monitoring performance of employees followed by monthly employee progress sheet, and finally half yearly progress reviews & rewarding according, Appraisal Process follow-up and co-ordination, preparation of increment plan.

Employee Relation Activities: Mentoring and counseling employees, Handling Employee grievances & conducting exit interviews to determine reasons for attrition and identifying organisation improvement areas.

Managing staff at various location of sales and marketing team.
