Company Profile: Established in 1978, Cremica Food Industries Limited is a Leading Indian FMCG Company. Cremica Pioneered commercially produced Vegenaise (veg mayo) in 1996. Role & Responsibility:

Attendance Management: Maintain daily attendance of the employees and also check day to day overtime.

Leave Management: Maintain the leave record, Mark the leave as per company policy.

On Boarding: Induction of new joined, complete Joining formalities of new joined employees & maintain the records of Employees (master). New code generation of new joined employee.

Payroll Management: Prepare the monthly salary and overtime calculation.

Recruitment: Hiring candidate as per department requisition, design the job profile as per requirement. Follow up shortlisted candidate and conduct the interview.

Exit Formality: exit interview formality and Prepare the FNF of left employees as per company norms.

Performance Management: Coordinate with performance appraisal of employees from various techniques.

Management Information System: Prepare various types of MIS data like as Master Data of the employees.

Issuing different types of letter likes Offer letter, Appointment letter etc.

Verify the contractual bill monthly basis.

Complete knowledge of PF & ESIC like (PF employees detail modification, generating e-pehchan of Esic & advance withdrawal of PF) and generate the challan.

Other Assignments:
