Flux leakage technique inspection on ferromagnetic butt and fillet weld piece using visible/fluorescent-dry/wet -residual/continuous method. Recording, reporting, and documentation of test results. 3) Penetrant testing (PT) practical on ferromagnetic and non-ferromagnetic butt and fillet weld materials using solvent removable and water washable method. Evaluation, reporting and documentation of relevant and non-relevant indications. All in accordance with applicable codes, standards, procedures and specifications.

4) Radiographic inspection of weld (pipes and plates) of varying nominal thickness and diameter using gamma source (iridium 192) for all RT exposure techniques (single wall single image -plates, panoramic, elliptical, contact and superimpose). Adhering to recommended radiographic/radiograph sensitivity, geometric unsharpness, density, exposure time, personnel safe distance, film handling, film processing, radiograph evaluation and interpretation as well as other radiation safety precautions.
