Started at M&J in December of 2013 as outside sales/General Superintendent of Drilling and Production. My objectives were to help the company grow in both the production and drilling industry by calling on customers, as well as assisting in the estimating department and even going out on jobs to either run or assist where needed. I used my knowledge and experience to assist in the expansion of the company in fields of new technologies in the industry as the industry moves forward.

Started working in March as client/company rep at fabricating & manufacturing facilities overseeing the construction & testing (to specs as laid out on engineered plans) of various types of top-side and subsea components, such as PLETS, PLEMS, manifolds, single and multi-pile caissons. Verified safe shipping preparations, then went to installation locations and oversaw the installations of the components. My objectives were to ensure the approved procedures were followed in a safe and productive manner.

Oversaw all daily operations for Lafayette area projects, including drilling jobs, production jobs and rentals. Interfaced with clients and field personnel on a daily basis, made sure their Veriforce documentation stayed updated and that they brought the proper equipment for the task that they were about to perform.
Reviewed all tickets, checked reports to make sure prices coincided with the hours being charged and brought irregularities to management’s attention.
