M &J Energy Group

2013 – 2015

Started at M&J in December of 2013 as outside sales/General Superintendent of Drilling and Production. My objectives were to help the company grow in both the production and drilling industry by calling on customers, as well as assisting in the estimating department and even going out on jobs to either run or assist where needed. I used my knowledge and experience to assist in the expansion of the company in fields of new technologies in the industry as the industry moves forward.

JELM PROJECT SERVICES

2010 - 2013

Started working in March as client/company rep at fabricating & manufacturing facilities overseeing the construction & testing (to specs as laid out on engineered plans) of various types of top-side and subsea components, such as PLETS, PLEMS, manifolds, single and multi-pile caissons. Verified safe shipping preparations, then went to installation locations and oversaw the installations of the components. My objectives were to ensure the approved procedures were followed in a safe and productive manner.

Started working as the Pipeline and Facilities Manager at Fastorq llc in July of 2009. My objectives were to help the Pipeline & Facilities side of Fastorq grow through continuous improvements in customer relations by having an open line of communication with the customers. Also doing our best to not only meet their needs but to exceed their expectations by continually training the employees in the fields of safety, environmental concern, communication and their overall responsibilities. and to make sure that they are competent to perform the duties as trained Technicians in the field whether offshore or inland.

Greene’s: was a field operator for Five years and have been a dispatcher/inside sale representative for eight years

Quality and Training Coordinator for one and half years prior to leaving the company for Fastorq llc Manager Position.

Head dispatcher

Oversaw all daily operations for Lafayette area projects, including drilling jobs, production jobs and rentals. Interfaced with clients and field personnel on a daily basis, made sure their Veriforce documentation stayed updated and that they brought the proper equipment for the task that they were about to perform.

Reviewed all tickets, checked reports to make sure prices coincided with the hours being charged and brought irregularities to management’s attention.

Quality and Training Coordinator

Duties include updating and rewriting, if needed, the standard operating procedures and holding training classes to train personnel from all districts on job task as well as how to properly use the new rental software, Also would go out into the field to do job audits on personnel and would investigate any issues we would encounter and come up with solutions to solve any issues that we did have.
