Ensure, systems, procedures, QHSEMS, equipment, and Staff competencies for Drilling & Contractors are fulfilled, aligned with company procedures & best-recommended practices such (as API, ISO, ABS, NFPA, and MODU ext.). Setup a short and long period program to meet company objectives. Develop, implement, and monitor QHSEMS and, establish policy, procedure, and guidelines, in line with the applicable international standards and best industrial practices. Implement through meetings, training, demonstration, drill, etc. Monitor by inspection, site visits, audits, reviews, etc., and measure the performance using QHSEMS KPIs, Statistics, Near miss reports, etc., and advised measures for continual improvement. Set up short and long plans for ISO 9001 and API Q2 Certification.

Planning Department for site configuration, assessment need for and type of passive fire protection, the definition of the active protections (Emergency Shutdown, blowdown, system design criteria, and performances, valve specifications, and locations) and pro-active (Gas detection systems, Automatic Fire fighting system, the definition of the requirements for evacuation, escape and rescue).
Study the requirement for Hazardous area classification.
Methods for handling the safety matters. Preparations, Implementing and Instruction of Emergency Plans & safety Policy in that Company developing all the old Plans acting with Operation Department, Engineering and Contracting Companies to achieve more reliable safety behavior and safe Operation.
