Over the past year of managing region one water supply systems, it has increased my leadership skills, in managing workers and executing works efficiently and effectively, able to carry out group meetings to plan upcoming projects. Ability to plan and work amongst engineers to accomplish a goal set out by the region. DETERMINATION AND COMMITMENT
The ability to leave a region of comfort in order to develop and manage a region of lower development would define my determination. I have stayed committed to my job during the time I have been placed here. I have encounter many challenges during my time of employment and have never given up.
