Berkshire Hathaway – Heavy Haul Division- Cullman, AL. July 2021 - Present Business Optimization Director- (Continuous Improvement), over Production, DC operations and Acquisitions, Building and Development in 27 locations throughout North America, Europe and Mexico.

• I analysis and optimization of our organizations business processes in 27 plants in order to improve overall organization performance.

• I oversee the development of business process related policies and the implementation of organization-wide business process initiatives.

This has also allowed us to eliminate a weekend shift which has 16 FTEs, so a total of 38 FTEs eliminated, plus downtime and overtime with an estimated savings of over $2.3 million a year.

Reason for leaving – I was hired to transform the company by implementing Continuous Improvement and Lean methodologies. Unfortunately, it seems the company has backed away from their goals when I was hired and they no longer have a need for someone with my experience level.
