Review timeliness of scheduled deliveries, Analyze shipment logs.
Monitoring of day-to-day transactions and verification of vouchers.
Prepare daily expenses vouchers and making payment of various bills.
Maintaining daily stock dispatch record in MS- Excel..
Monitor and review accounting and related system reports for accuracy and completeness.
Preparation of Cash Flow Statement.
Maintaining Daily Financial Reports of various project sites.
Recording & Verification of Receipts & Payments
Updating Bank and Cash Book.
Processing daily Sales order from Amazon and Flipkart.
Inwarding the goods received from the brands.
Maintaining the Sales Return from Amazon and Flipkart on Daily Basis.
Co ordinating with all Brands (7 Brands) to clear the product damages.
Maintaining the inventory and circulating the report to concern team for Procuring the stocks.
Maintaining the closing stock for all brands on a Weekly basis.
Maintaining the overall warehouse report and circulating the same to the team. Eductaion Summary:
