Se plantean tres semanas de cursos que serán dictados por expertos en las respectivas temáticas con un adecuado balance entre teoría y práctica. Se espera, también, atraer a empresas y a organismos del sector que contribuyan en el área de las aplicaciones de las telecomunicaciones.
