My present job role as Mechanical Engineer is to take care and follow up of all ongoing field maintenance job precommissioning activities and assigned project\constructions in conformance with Owner and EPC team, specifications, schedules. • Was Involved in commissioning and maintenance of GE make frame 9FA, 5 Nos. Gas turbines & 2 HP steam turbines.(Total powergenration Capacity 1575 MW)
• Involved in commissioning and maintenance of 5 Nos. HHI make Boilers (HRSG) with SFF, Supplementary fuel fired & HP Boiler Feed water pumps and condensate systems, de-aerators, BFW Water treatment & reconditioning by chemical addition, Cooling towers, Hanshin make Instrument air compressor and cooling water system, etc.
• Involved in commissioning /startup of Natural gas receiving area static equipment’s like gas pipeline and knockout drums, valves station, filters and moisture separators, centrifugal compressor’s(4 Nos. Mitsubishi make centrifugal type )
• Involved in HP steam lines blowing and connecting to 2 Nos. X 230 MW HP steam turbines (GE make) with Main Steam CV & Main Steam Stop Valve.
• Involved in Main sea water intake area (Large capacity water intake vertical Pumps & 5
