Shift Supervisor Appointment

I was a shift supervisor for a group home with clients with Developmental Disabilities for 28yrs, from December 4th 1995 till April 7th 2022. I was responsible for 16 clients and 8 staff. I made sure their IHP were followed and they were becoming as INDEPENDENT as POSSIBLE. I made sure clientsgot to Dr appointment and staff were always there. I also helped with discipline. .
