I have been the Food & Beverage Manager for Chips & Palace Casinos for almost 1 year. I run the entire department for both casinos managing, staffing, ordering and everyday needs to run these casinos. This was something I have greatly enjoyed and have managed to put both casinos in a better business situation including properly training staff, reorganizing the entire department and updating all of the excel and departments forms to better manage daily operations. I have managed to lower the loss and increase the profit by implementing company standards, policies and procedures.

I was the General Manager for three bars. I started with this owner as a bartender at RBAR & grill in Renton, he purchased Flying Boots & Wings in Tacoma just about six years ago at which point I managed both because the owner lives in California. In July of 2017 we also added Flying Boots & Wings in Ravenna/Seattle. At which time I became the General Manager for all bars. My responsibilities were but not limited too ALL the payroll, shopping, ordering, inventory, PNL, pull tabs, liquor, menus and promotions. I worked closely with many distributors like Sysco, Columbia, Olympic Eagle, Tab Wizard and many more. I ran all three bars with full authority with licensing, employment security, IRS, profit & loss, contracts - basically I did 99% of everything besides owners personal expenses. I also bartended three shifts on top of my responsibilities holding a steady minimum of 60-70 hrs per week.
I was the only person that did ALL the hiring, firing, training shifts were all done on my shifts, met with reps or did any changes needed. I have been with this owner for about 13 years. The only person he trusted. As a bartender and GM I excel the requirements of a responsible bartender with a great relationship with Liguor Board, health Dept and gambling commission. I am a defuser and can professionally handle all issues. I work best under pressure. Enjoy very fast pace and multi tasking is one of my best assets. EDUCATION

I go all in! I am the F&B Mgr/GM that will put the gloves on and clean the toilets or do the dishes in absence of a dishwasher. I truly believe no job title has a clear job description because as part of a team you do what needs to be done for the customer and staff to have the whole company experience. Which includes and is never limited to friendliness, cleanest, fulfilling, safest, delicious, consistent and funfilling experience at every visit or shift. I truly love what I do and attention to detail means everything to me.
