Summary

Experience as a Senior Piping Designer & Checker. I’ve worked as Cad operator in the upstream and downstream oil and gas business as well as the process piping industry, and pulp and paper plants. Responsibilities include compressor stations, lube oil plants, pipe racks, offshore platforms and gas transmission software from Adev propipe proplant, plus Intergraph 2D, Micro-Training center in Huntsville, Alabama and 3D PDS training at Kellogg.

Principal designer and checker for Gas and Oil pipelines, Meter and Valve skids. The projects were onshore and offshore platforms. The software used was Cadworx, Naviswork and laser scans.

Principal piping designer and checker for Turbine job with Bentley Software and Naviswork Autoplant Gas compressor Modules Meter and Valve Skids. Created the models and then sent the models to Mumbai and we did all the piping and structural checking of the work that came back from India to Solar. .

Multiple projects for Oxy, Williams, Hess, Sunoco, Piping designer, checker, Oil & gas pipelines and facilities, Added 3 pressure gas compressors to existing platform for Hess. For Sunoco multiple sites, storage tanks, high pressure pumps. All of these projects where done using Cadworx 3d modeling to create Piping plans and extract ISO using isogen, and generated a BOM from model. I have also generated P&ID’s using Cadworx software. This was Hess oil project in 2011. We also modeled steel for the skids, meter skids and launcher/receiver skids
