Presently I’m working as operations Manager I.T.S India PVT LTD (A I T S -energy services group of company) at India. I’m responsible for Manage overall Operations and responsible for the effective and successful management of labour, productivity, Quality control, and Safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department. Serve as a company representative on regulatory issues. I ensure compliance of safety rules and applicable laws as well as company policies.

Responsibilities are:

●Recruit, select, train, assign Schedule, coach, Council, and discipline employees.

●Communicate job expectations, Planning, Monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contribution.

●Plan and review compensation actions, enforcing policies and procures contribute Operation information and recommendations to Strategic plans and reviews, prepare and complete action plans, implement production, productivity; Quality and customer-service Standards, resolve problems; Complete audits; identify trends.

●Ensuring smooth manufacturing operations

●Analyse and improve Organizational process and work flow, employee and Space requirements, and equipment Layout, implement changes.

●Forecast requirements; prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyse variances; initiating corrective actions.

●Run a safe injury/ accident free workplace.

●Manage relationships with key Operations vendors.

●Responsible for all department Managers and Supervisors, with review/ approval responsibility for all Operations employees.

●Work closely with GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.

●Ensuring proper storage, packing and distribution of the finished products

●Arranging and organizing the manufacturing procedures for better productivity

●Finding errors in the production procedures and solving problems

●Product &process knowledge of API Q1/Q2 and ISO 9001.

●Internal Auditor of formal training in ISO 14001:2004 and OHSAS 18001:2007.

●Organises, plans and implements inventory activity.

●Coordinates activities that affect operational decisions and business requirements.

●Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.

●Plan, schedule and reviews workload and manpower to make sure targets are being met on a cost effective basis.

●Performing inspection of machinery defects.

●Communicate all operating policies and /or issues at department meetings.

●Meet or exceed operations labour budget expectations.

●Management of HSE.

●Supporting and continuous improvement of QMS &Quality Objectives.

●Hold regular employee’s meetings with higher authorities.

●Experience of the inspection, measuring and testing equipment and tools (IMTE) oilfield equipment, steel stock, manufacturing and machine shops related jobs.

●Auditing skills Lead Auditor ISO 9001:2015.

●Creates a detailed schedule based on strict deadlines.

●Arranging and organizing the manufacturing procedures for better productivity.

●Good knowledge oil and gas experience with Quality assurance and Quality control as per API and other manufacturing units.

●Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical engineering Regular mode (LAT.ENT) from Bharath University, Chennai, India.

●Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from Kalinga University.

●I.T.I Passed in Turner Trade NCF& V.D.S. I.T.I (Gundlavalleru) 1985.
