Prepare Isometric sketches for all Stress critical lines with the possible support locations and assist the stress engineer to carry out stress analysis.
2DBased on the Study Layouts / Model, provide Civil / Structural requirements to Civil / Structural section for all non-critical lines.
Resolve and co-ordinate all clashes within the piping discipline and other discipline.
Preparing comments on drawing and specification related to other discipline which may be affected by Piping activities.
Assist, Remodel and Update the model based on the Internal, Client reviews, latest Supplier information and Isometric checking comments and maintain the clash free model.

To prepare the Rigging Studies (Lifting Plans) using AutoCAD for Heavy Equipment’s like that Columns, Heat Exchangers, Pressure Vessels, Boilers,Heaters, Fin Fan Coolers Compressors, Pumps, and other Heavy Equipment’s and Machinery using selected crane load chart ensuring safe working radius with safe working load capacity of crane.
Submitting Lifting Plan to client for approval along with highlighted used Crane load chart, working radius, Boom Length, mention tools and tackles in lifting plan like spreader bar, Lifting Beam, wire rope slings, webbing slings, Shackles with Third Party certificate as proof for ensuring every item which is used in lifting plan is according to the standard and factor.
Calculating the crane utilization percentage according to load chart and equipment weight.
Calculating the Equal & Proportional share load tension on wire rope using international wire rope tensions factors to avoid any accident at the time of Erection of equipment.
Coordination with Commercial department through technical manager for renting or purchasing items and providing them complete details with standard factor and material specification of those items which will not to be found in house items (store) and necessary to borrow or purchase for lifting of heavy equipment.
To prepare the Calculation of Tandem lifting on lifting plan mentioning weight on Main and tailing crane at different degrees for detail checking and ensuring the load releasing point of tailing crane is also giving safe utilization of crane percentage.
To contemplate on the safety factors, actual drawing scale, presentation of plan, technicalities of plan, and all possibilities for the safe lifting operation while preparing Rigging studies (Lifting Plans).
