Ross Southeast Distribution Center, Fort Mill, SC 4/2013 - Present Senior Operations Manager

Currently overseeing the entire SEDC (NRTW & RTW) operations on 3rd shift. Delegate responsibilities to managers to obtain daily forecasted goals and volume. Lead, direct and manage inbound and outbound site operations. Instrumental in exceeding company gross cost per unit goals resulting in continuous improvement and performance savings of roughly $2 million annually. Support the IT (Help Desk, Intelligrated, Ross IT) department with any upgrades and changes to systemic functions during the operation timeframe. Control staffing by the projected fluctuation in volume each month. Report and update Directors and VP of Distribution on all facets of the operation daily outcomes. • Verified that merchandise case picked by drivers is consistent with the DC’s workflow management reports as well as key indicator reports.

• Aided in the start up, testing and installment of R.D.M Retek system in a 1.4 million square ft. distribution center with receiving, unit ID (checking), storage, cycle counts, marking and outbound procedures.
