During my career in the field of electrical, I have been able to become a well-rounded electrician by performing different duties pertaining to the electrical field. From working as a Low Voltage Technician, Electrical Technician, Electrician, Foreman Electrician, and Maintenance Electrician. I have a very strong working relationship with many electrical manufacturing Representatives. I have very strong knowledge with Power Distribution, Commissioning, Controls, PLC’S, VFD’S, Instrumentation, Maintaining, and Installations of Electrical Equipment. Managed several Multi Million Dollar Projects and stayed under Budget with no Accidents. I have kept myself up to date on Continuing Education of the National Electrical Codes.
HIGHLIGHTS OF WORK EXPERIENCE:
January.2012-to Present, Hexcel Corporation. Salt Lake City, Utah
Shift Electrician - Working on A shift supporting the fibers production with fixing electrical, instrumentation, and control issues. Assist with keeping equipment that is required to be calibrated up to date. Preventative maintenance on equipment valuable to the production process. Install and setup new controls and instrumentation.
February, 2010 - January 2012, Scotvale Electric. Salt Lake City, Utah
Electrician – Managed new construction for fiber lines 11, and 12 at Hexcel fibers production facility. Managed the installation and terminations in the DCS cabinets and all of the instrumentation and controls being controlled from the Foxboro DCS system. Commissioned and assisted the startup of the new fiber lines to turn over to production.
September, 2009- February 2010, Tasco Engineering. Lehi, Utah
Electrician – Installing raceways, and pulling wire and terminations to all the roof top VFD’S, controlling all the air handler units. Installing raceway in the walls for all the branch circuits in various classrooms at the new Herriman High School.
January, 2009 – September 2009, Arco Electric. Sandy, Utah
Electrician – Installation and testing and start up on all the power distribution equipment at the new St. Regis Resort Park City, Utah. Managed a crew for pulling wire on the power distribution systems, and pulling wire for all the branch circuits. Also assisted on start up and testing of the main distribution systems, VFD’S, and all the controls associated with the mechanical rooms at Diamond Summit Elementary School Kearns, Utah.
1999-2009, Great Salt Lake Electric. Sandy, Utah
Electrician, and Foreman – Worked as an electrician out at Kennecott Utah Copper Corporation on numerous projects. Worked under Kennecott Engineering Services on constructing new facilities and Maintaining Instrumentation and Controls at numerous plants. Managed several projects for engineering services and plant projects with new construction and maintenance projects. Constructed several Allen Bradley control panels for controlling valves, motors, and instrumentation. Managed the electrical installation on the reverse osmosis plant that helps the supply demand of West Jordan City, Utah. Also assisted on all phases on the commissioning of power, instrumentation, and controls on the reverse osmosis plant. Bingham, Utah.

Electrical Technician – Assisted in managing a crew on raceway installations, wire pulls, terminating all the security controls on the Salt Lake County Jail. Assisted in commissioning all the cameras, nurse call stations, watch tours, push to talk stations, door lock pneumatics and controls, and control pod stations. Low Voltage Technician Foreman – Managed a crew of 20 hvac technicians on the construction of the Westco Hotel. Installed raceways, atc panels, pulled wire, and terminated all the thermostats and controls associated with the hvac systems. Also installed pneumatic tubing for all the static line controls. Assisted Yamas controls with start up on all the hvac controls. Also installed hvac controls at the Alscott Office Building and assisted in maintaining the hvac controls sytems at Micron. Electrician – Worked out at Mag Corp calculating the size of watts per foot needed to keep various sized pipes from freezing. Installed heat trace on miles of piping, meggered out the heat trace to make sure it would be in proper working condition. Installed and terminated Technitrace heat trace control panels. Also installed heat trace on roof tops, and rain gutters also performed routine maintenance on the heat trace system and components. Assisted with all the hvac controls in the plant. Dell, Utah
