(SIRs) and ensure to send out the incident report in a )mely manner. I entered hourly throughput data at checkpoint and officers’ call-offs data in TSA database accurately and completely.

I learned to be beTer at mul)-tasking and responding promptly such as answering various phone calls, emailing reports on )me, and upda)ng WebEOC on )me. Currently working as an OAK Coordina)on Center Collateral Duty Officer benefited me how to determine the significance of security events efficiently and effec)vely. I learned of customer service skills and how to grapple with intense situa)ons under stressful environment.

The most important lessons that I learned from being a SF Cab driver are that I became security minded and enhanced at situa)onal awareness. Driving cab alone at night benefiTed me to understand that it is always good to have con)ngency plans. LUCKY CHANCES CASINO
