In support of the company strategic direction and goals, my duties include evaluate, revise, and/or develop new short & long-term goals/ objectives and performance standards for the department. Also, present reports on Quality performance matrix during one-on-one meeting with the Plant Manager (scheduled by me). Responsible for monitoring alerts in the new Quality Management System PLEX.
