Detecting the blindspot and potholes
Contribution
Place two cameras at both the sides of the mirror.
Using R-CNN algorithm and the cameras, the vehicle distance will be captured.
If any vehicle comes beyond that threshold distance, an alarm will be sent to the driver using Zigbee Protocol and hence the blindspot will be detected.
Ultrasonic sensor is placed in front of the car and hence the distance between the car and the road is recorded.
Then, if the distance is beyond the threshold distance, an alarm is sent to the driver using Zigbee Protocol and hence the potholes are detected.
