The Electric Work and Asset Management (EWAM) Project is a multi-year, over $110 million initiative to implement the Asset Resource Manager (ARM) work and asset management system for PSEG’S Electric operations. The project started in 2019 and was completed in April 2022. ARM is owned by the software vendor – CGI and is very popular in the utilities industry. A major aspect of ARM’s implementation is its integration within PSEG’S ecosystem. As the system of record for assets and work, ARM is being integrated with other ERPs and major applications used throughout the company including but not limited to, fixed assets and tax accounting system (Power Plant), Payroll (PeopleSoft), Project Accounting and General Ledger (Oracle EBS).

Responsibilities and Accomplishments:

●Manage an immediate staff of 8+ developers, architects, and technical analysts

●Manage team of 12+ CGI vendor contractors, both onshore and offshore
