Provided Civil engineering design and survey for the new 2 acre property located in Town of Cicero. The Project included new retail building and parking lot. The project was permitted from MWRD, IDOT and Town of Cicero. Construction stakeout and Construction Management services were provided as well CITGO Gas Station (8901 South Chicago Ave)

Provided Civil engineering construction for the new Gas Station and retail store located in City of Chicago. Storm Water Detention was designed and provided for this site. The project was permitted from City of Chicago Department of Water Management. MECCA Community Center (Willowbrook, IL.)

Provided Civil engineering, Construction Management and owner representation of 75,000 SqFt new community center and school located on 4.7 Acres site in unincorporated DuPage County.
