BRIEF SUMMARY ON INDUSTRIAL EXPERIENCE:

Incoming Quality Exposure:

Coordinating team activities starting from Morning meeting and Man-Head allocation for the day wise activities and ensuring the resources availability and also the shift end meeting.

Representing in CFT meeting on behalf of Incoming Quality team and taking input tasks given and updating the completed ones from last meeting in BODY, PAINT & TCF.

Conducting meeting with Critical & TOP-10 suppliers on weekly basis for Part Quality Improvements and the reviewing the actions taken for the last reported cases.

Attending meeting for Engineering change activities for understanding the changes in the parts which are used in production line and supporting for effective implementation.

Ensuring the Business metrics like FTT, ZERO PRODUCTION LOSS for the month and conducting brainstorm with team to work against red items for making into green towards the given target.

Conducting training for newcomers in the work team, contractors & supplier representatives and their roles and responsibilities and the technical training required to carry out their roles and responsibilities safely.

Immediate support for online issues and implementation of the interim corrective action after validation to support the smooth run for the line production.

Maintain records for the Internal Audit, External ISO-TS/16949 and management reviews for the Incoming Quality section and implement corrective actions based on the audit findings.

Maintain supplier performance statistics by computing supplier performance report by updating PPM on every month which is used for Q1 Endorsements for suppliers on a Quarterly basis.

Visiting supplier end to verify the adequacy of the corrective action taken through G8D and do the process/product audit regularly.

Supporting PSW signed off supplier parts, both for Launch and Engineering changes in-line with ISO-TS/16949 requirements of PPAP.

Initiating process quality improvements and cost saving projects (Kaizen).

Maintaining team MORALE and Ensuring continuous improvement in the team with respect to Safety, Quality, Cost, Productivity and 5S by conducting weekly meeting.

Leading supplier representative for line support and other improvement activities.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

JPH Improvement done to achieve 36JPH from 17JPH.

Eliminated the fixed cost of 4-Pneumatic lifter in our line cost around Rs.2lac.

15JPH project achievement with the existing line capacity of 11jph, saved 2manpower & 25Lac.

Eliminated the Brake hose bracket profile variation issue at supplier end (both front and rear).

Eliminated the air leak issue in rear wheel arch area, both LH & RH (In that Baffle sealer we provide additional lock to arrest the mis-location of the part it will help to avoid air leak issue).

Plant-wide G8D completed for Rear seat rattle and tick noise, Front end fit/quality, Tail lamp water leak issue, Etc., Etc.,

Slot Height checking gauge introduced as a part of Tail lamp water Leak G8D.

Introduce a checking fixture at supplier end for B376/Fiesta Decklid hinge tick noise.

In TCF lot of improvements done in weather strip, front and Rear bumpers Etc., to improve the productivity with quality & lot of test kits introduced like Mechanical & Electrical test kits to arrest the Quality issue in Incoming level.
