Career Summary

Responsibilities:

Production Planning and control:

• Responsible for the creation & release of daily Schedule for completion of month Plan by Sales & Mktng. Team.

• Involvement and active participation in weekly Sales & operation meeting to achieve sales target,devised Contingency plans to meet critical sales requirements and accordingly release Production plan to Assy Line following Critical Constrained Part availability – stock level monitoring. Increased daily execution for 90% to 95% for domestic models.

• Keep Close Monitoring of production with coordination of all aggregates for 100% execution of S1M1 Models .

• Work with materials department in material planning and analysis to reduce inventory level for Local suppliers

• Responsible of implementing levelled production- HEIJUNKA concept for production of all Tractor Variants across Engine & Steering variants at the rate of average per day as in workload planning ensuring reduction of daily line losses by 2%.(on an average)

• Planning and coordination for monthly compilation of In-house Spare parts requirement and ensure 100% TOR delivery.

Warehousing & Material Handling

• In Charge of direct material flow execution- Material Receiving, Material Feeding & Rejection as per monthly Functional Project Targets.

• Responsible for implementation of ‘Milk Run’ concept as per the window timing of direct vehicle supply, Local 3PL Warehouse supply & Local supplier supply.

• Initiated Change management as head of ‘line Keeper’ team responsible for supply of material from respective stores to the sub assembly lines, implemented Std. Work Chart & Activity Sheet computation,reduced Cycle Time by 5% route planning & part relocation.

• Implementing SOP’s within the warehouse and training team members in maintaining compliance with the EHS & QMS Procedures.

• Annual Budget Formulation by Capex Cost estimation across all Store areas –Projected requirement in line with Company mission statement.

• Creating summarized annual and monthly reports for top management including overall transactions values and amounts, inventory value trends, slow and non-moving items values, amounts and percentages.

• Coordinate with various teams like Production, Quality, Engineering, Design, PE,Purchasing & Suppliers for New model Launch activities. Involvement in new project packaging.

• Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations,preparing safety procedures. Create and update safety near miss reports, maintain and follow up safety procedures for all warehousing activities. Inventory Management

• Generating Master Production Schedules and Manufacturing Orders, forecasting inventory requirements, optimizing inventory levels as well as helping the organization evaluate and MRP Run on Monthly basis.

• Material mgmt in the plant by organising Perpetual Inventories & Cycle counting to verify system stock v/s actual.

Design Release Management

• Attending of Pre DR & DR meeting and ensuring DR implementation as per planned and agreed dates.

• Coordination and effective communication with all stakeholders to understand basic requirement of Design Change.

• Ensuring to liquidate old stock (Zero dead stock) of parts in case of new DR, sharing Cut in no. with updation of SAP BOM

.SAP BOM Management:

• Responsible for 541 document creation(RGP & NRGP)

• Responsible for PICK LIST creation for ZERO Wrong supply.

• Respnsible for RPL clearance.

• Creation of Master data like Production version,MR posting, work center In SAP & Provide functinal support for PP module.

Systems Implementation:

• 5S and FIFO & DOL implementation for entire plant. Packaging improvements suggestions & their implementation.

• Implemented various safety measures in materials & plant safety department incidents line Incident-register & HIRA (Hazard Identification & risk assessment).

• Line Keeper concept Implementation.

• RO activity for DR closer.

• NPS implementation.
