Practice Manager II – for a large primary care facility consisting of 3 providers, one nurse practitioner and a staff of 17. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of the practice which include, overseeing staff, interviewing/hiring and training of personnel, complaint resolution, patient satisfaction, staying in compliance with regulatory requirements, maintaining payroll, promoting cross training to assist in creating a strong team environment. My focus has been to maintain the overall practice expenses which has been met on a regular basis. Organize each provider’s schedule. Hold monthly staff and provider meetings. Post daily charges. Order all medical supplies needed for the office.
