ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

Currently working with BEBITZ FLANGES P. LTD. (unit of VIRAJ GROUP ) As Senior Supervisor (S2) in Forge shop from 02 July 2019. It is a German based company. There are manufactuing of Flanges of small and big (1/2"x150 to 24"x2500),Pipe fitting parts using Heavy Presses(1600-4000 Ton),Piston Hammer(5 to 10 Ton) and other heating equipment s i.e. IBH and furnances.All the process designed accordingly to standard and as per customer requirements. Very good plant layout and using LIVE ERP software for evaluation of all informations, results and intercommunication. This plant have manufacturing capacity of 1000 to 1200 tons per month.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manpower and production planning as per machine and work order in our shift and give the target to operator achieve in their shift.

* Quality and Layout inspection of routined and new developed parts as per standard and customer specifications, prepare reports and give approval for production .

* Perform internal audit,process audit to meet 100 % quality and production .

*Develop,implement & manage key performance indicator for my area of responsibility.

* Prepare documents needed for production, quality and maintenance process.

*Follow-up with Die shop, Cutting shop, Quality Department to expedite flow of materials and documents to meet quality and customer expectation.

* Interacts with operators and Die shop to resolve issues regarding die setting, quality and manufacturing efficiencies or additional information .

*Daily follow up and movement stock out items in next process and inventory control.

*5S training, implementation & safety audits in shop floor .

* Rejection and Rework analysis and find the way to decrease using CAPA, PDCA etc.

* Judge skill level and training of workers regarding Quality, Safety, Machine Operation, process.

* Meeting with QA/QC and maintenance departments to meet 100% quality adherence.

* Solve the technical problems of production and quality (Machine/Die setting, Parts Defects etc.)

* Daily online updation of Work orders staus as per process and other ERP updation {maintainance, store, down time} and other documentation.

* Help the die shop in devolpment of new components as well as in routined parts for reduce the cost and increase quality and productivity.

* Daily reporting to H. O. D. and discuss with him on day to day problems and ideas as per process requirements .

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE

(A)2.5 years (Jan 2017- June 2019) experience in HORIZON METALTECH P. LTD.,Baddi (H.P.) as Production incharge in department of Forging operations and responsible for all Cutting to Forging as per standard, this plant is equipped with different - different forging machine such as Drop hammer, MPM, Forging press, Upsetters and Hydraulic press etc. . HMPL is manufacturer of automobile/defence/agriculture and machinery forged,machined and sheet metal parts .

(B) 01 years (Sep2015-Dec2016) experience in HIGHWAY INDUSTRIES LIMITED,LUDHIANA as Production and Quality line Supervisor in Forging shop, it is a HERO sister company .This organization involve in manufacturing of automobile and other high strength and precision parts such as gears, crank shafts,Many types of Bell,Flanges,yoke,Magna and many other parts.There are forging process done on the FORGING PRESSES range of (600TON-2500TON) and there are total 13 forging presses available(800 - 2500 ton) . This company have good reputation at national as well as international level in automobile parts companies.

(C)About 3.5 years (July 2012-Sep 2015) experience as DET (JR. Engg.) in OSHO FORGE LIMITED,LUDHIANA unit of EMSON GEARS LTD. ( manufacturing GEAR, SHAFTS, AXLES and many other PRECISION TOOLS of vehicle,cranes,tractor,trucks, machine and some heavy fastening parts for indian railway).OFL is a well known automobile and forging parts manufacturing company .This company i was join as a fresher and work in many departments of Forging shop i.e. Cuttins shop, Q.Control and Production and planning . In this company 04 Drop Hammers (1Ton-3Ton) and 02 upsetter (4”-6”) and highly automated machining shop available.
