Daily verification of code dates, scale calibration, air fill and nitrogen levels, documentation, lab equipment calibration.
Testing of FFA,OV, and POLYMERS of fryer oil for each processing line. Before startups and though the shifts.
Daily audits of all production and processing lines and work with QA supervisor, production personnel, and warehouse personnel when addressing any product that is not in compliance. Collection of samples for headquarters and enzyme testing . Documentation of all samples and testing performed in paper and electrically.
