1. To lead a team and manage Construction with pre commissioning/ commissioning of various units in Oil & Gas refinery, LNG, Metal refinery Projects assigned under green and other field conditions & across the running assets.

2. To liaise with discipline managers at site and participate actively in constructability reviews from concept stage onwards through detailed engineering phases.

3. To co-ordinate the construction works with a focus on implementing the project at site in the targeted time frame by using efficient construction as well as QHSE practices.

4. Management of contracts to ensure work execution and release of payment as per the terms of the contract from owner & also expediting for the timely payments to the sub contractor from in house/owners departments. 5. To control site activities and contract communications. Review of quality plans and to minimize non compliance by contractors. 6. Familiar with latest construction practices for hydrocarbon projects. Provide technical guidance to the Team and support the Project Construction Head. 7. To manage the Safety, Quality, NDT requirements to the best satisfaction standards of the Client & Owner.

8. Giving various Inputs from site to Engineering in planning and cost control aspects during the design phase.

9. Continuously strive towards achieving zero accident status through elimination of unsafe conditions by carrying out Job Risk Assessment reviews, Hazard identification and their closure, raising employee awareness, minimization of risk behaviours. Motivate contractors involved through behavioural based HSE initiatives like various programs through PULSE MODULES.

10.Monitoring the working of Emergency resources at regular intervals put in place, to be used, in case, at site.

11.Promote and ensure feedback of project/operations experience together with input from new technology, plus feedback from audits, and ensure continual improvement of construction management.
