PRIMARY JOB DUTIES INCLUDE: -

1.Talent Acquisition: -

Handling End to End Recruitment Life Cycle - Sourcing, Screening & Taking preliminary HR interview and conducting telephonic interviews to evaluate candidate’s skills and competencies including communication skills, interpersonal, confidence, job stability, job profile and presentation skills. Conducting salary negotiation & Conducting reference check at an appropriate stage.

Closed positions last year within turnaround time. Hands on experience in sourcing through (Portals, Naukri.com, LinkedIn, job postings, referrals, manpower consultants etc.) and managing end to end recruitment cycle.

Carried out Recruitment activities- interviews, joining formalities, inductions/on boarding.

Optimize a detailed profile database/tracker to minimize Turn-around-time (TAT)

2.Employee Life Cycle: -

Responsible for managing entire Employee Life Cycle right from Pre-Joining to on boarding to Exit formalities. Creating/releasing Offer letters in SAP module.

Initiating pre-joining formalities such as Employee ID generation, Bank account creation, Documentation, Background Verification, ID cards, IT equipment etc.

Facilitation of on boarding of new joiners by sending welcome emails/welcome folders, handing over induction kit, floor introduction, delivering P&O induction and organizing functional inductions.

Implementing Induction Review process for Probation period completion and Preparing Confirmation letters.

Managing exit formalities on employee resignation such as ensuring timely completion of F&F documentation, exit interview, Clearance & Settlement process.

Employee Grievance Redressal.

Maintaining trackers for important data for all the above processes.

3.Induction & on boarding: -

Ensuring smooth on-boarding of all new hires with defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s).

To designing and executing cadre wise extensive Induction & Orientation for all hires, Release of Joining Circular, Appointment Letter, Reference check and Salary Processing.

4.Vender Management: -

To ensure that the Vender / consultant service agreements are well in place and consultant’s bills are settled on time as per the terms & conditions.

To ensure the good database of consultants is available all the time.

5.HR MIS: -

Timely consolidation of Monthly Manpower Report (MMPR), through SAP

Monthly Statutory Compliance Reports.

Weekly Training Reports

Preparing monthly HR update presentation on key HR highlights on all activities & processes.

6.HR Operations & Process improvement:

Ensure smooth execution of HR Operations such as keeping track of monthly Manpower update, quarterly updating of Organizational Charts, monthly analysis and reporting of Recruitment TAT status (including exit interviews & attrition reports), maintaining Employee Relations and grievance handling etc.

Maintaining employee’s personnel files with all formal documents & records.

To ensure KRA’s are in place, Streamlined the Recruitment.

7.Performance Management: -

Responsible for ensuring timely completion of Annual Performance Appraisal process.

Facilitated Performance Management System related process such as KRA Setting, Performance evaluation, Performance feedback/dialoguing, troubleshoot assistance for PMS system, database management (including performance ratings and promotion recommendation data) etc.

Identified High Potentials (HiPos) and designed their Individual Development Plan.

8.Learning & Development: -

Determining training needs and proving Monthly & Weekly Training calendar etc.

Prepare Weekly Training Reports

Devised Feedback Analysis for various training programs.

9.Employee Engagement: -

Part of the HR engagement team, conducting Activity i.e Coffee with Unit Manager/General Manager, Employee of the Month, Star Performer.

Plan and organize engagement activities e.g. Rewards & Recognition activities, In-house Celebrations.

10.Statutory Compliance: -

Coordination with Government Officials for Inspections

Coordinating with the payroll vendor to ensure Timely & Error free payroll. Ensuring Prompt and Satisfactory resolution of Payroll related queries of all employees.

Maintain Wage Record, Salary Disbursement, Preparation, maintaining of All Statuary work. Sort out to all salary and statutory related queries with internal & statutory Auditor.

Updating / tracking leaves, attendance issues. Good exposure in dealing with Time Office and SAP.
