Objective:
My career goal and objective in my life is to empower people to reach their full potential in their areas of strength and giftedness through leadership, strategic planning, administration, gift placement and a passion to serve.
Career Summary:
Vision, leadership, strategic planning and administration have been the strength of my working experience. I have never been satisfied with status quo, and have always resolved challenges presented in order to empower others to achieve higher levels of accomplishment.

Volunteer Work:
1.Antioch Adoptions - Past president of the board and served 2 years as interim director…Redmond, Washington
NOTE: Funds raised so that adopting families pay very little in the adoption process.
2.Medical Relief International – Founder/ President…Yakima, Washington
MRI serves needy people in East Africa (Chagga Tribe), and people in Haiti, Kenya, Uganda, Honduras, Cambodia and islands in the Philippines, Vietnam primarily with education, food and water support and basic medical and dental care.
1.Received DDS degree from Tanzanian Ministry of Health and this degree has allowed me to register with countries in Central America, Africa and the Philippines.
2.Worked as dental assistant with Medical Teams International for 10 years in the Seattle area as a volunteer.
3.Led all Strategic Planning as it pertained to the MRI Board and the Barikiwa Medical Center Board (in Maswa, Tanzania, Africa) to complete various phases of the construction and implementation process for opening the facility.
4.Started a 509a3 under MRI and raised start-up funds necessary and currently maintain approximately $250,000 worth of mobile medical and dental equipment
5.Developed a team of medical/dental professionals and volunteers which is constantly growing, providing a pool of leaders who are in charge of various regions of the world.
6.Worked closely with government officials and the District Chief in Maswa, Tanzania; the vice president of the country and the Minister of Health in Tanzania, Africa, to established an NGO and a permanent medical facility in Maswa, Tanzania.
7.Invested in single mothers and youth without education access and gave them support to finish 2 to 6 years of college education in order to professionally staff the medical facility.
8.Received a Doctor of Dentistry license in Africa after many years of practice internationally and also am a lab technician, manufacturing RDA (removable dental appliances)
9.Was the project manager of the cross-cultural development of a 5,000 sq. ft. medical/dental clinic in rural Maswa, Tanzania.
PAST EMPLOYMENT:
1.Jubilee Youth Ranch…Pasco, Washington
Accomplishments:
1.Served as Executive Director and hired strategic staff to help a struggling program bringing stability to the organization
2.Opened the 2nd phase of the program to B-Option girls
3.Managed the staff, K-12 School and 2.8 million dollar budget
2.Camp CO-BE-AC…Higgins Lake, Michigan…WSI Director
1.Served 6 years as Water Front Director through later high school and college years
2.Built a Water Front Program at the camp for up to 200 weekly campers from ages 12-18
3.Developed a Life Saving Water Program for training staff
4.Developed docks and water front facilities to be used in a swimming program.
3.Churches: Englewood Colorado, 3 years, Whittier California 3 years and Lynnwood Washington 10 years.
I served as a music minister and Lead Pastor of various churches in my early career. I left church work (though I had very solid and successful experiences) to work more hands on with the needs within communities that often are overlooked even by local church groups.

Each place I have served, (from college to present) I have always embellished the outreach to become more and more successful.
