ORGANISATIONAL EXPERIENCE

LPPT, Cairn Oil & Gas Onshore Sr. HSE Lead July 21 – Till date

Role:

Implement HSE management systems at site / field level, according to the Company HSE

guidelines and standards.

Ensure that all sites activities carried out are conducted in strict accordance with HSE

standards

Act as focal point for the work development at site.

Establish an HSE monitoring and audit program

Promote environmental and safety awareness among the workforce and hold regular site

meeting with Engineers supervisors and sub contractor.

Ensure the development of spill contingency plan and monitor implementation.

Ensure the development of waste/chemical/water Management plans, obtain relevant

permit from authorities and monitor implementation.

Ensure compliance with noise regulations requirements

Produce monthly reports and submit to the client. And conduct Monthly HSE

performance meeting with GM and COO with PPT

Conduct weekly installation committee meeting with PPT.

Follow up Contractor's HSE performance.

Role:

Reviewing specifications/technical documents (from third party sub consultants) along with

the .ability to spot errors.

Responsible for keeping all the Project Documents, assisting Team in relations to

preparation of Tender Documents, Letters, assisting to handle the daily administrational

work.

Any other task/s that may be assigned as per project requirements

Filing & maintenance for all records & reports.

Assist to prepare, maintain & update records for HR & QHSE

that the Contractor respect its HSE plan to achieve zero harm objective

Monitor the implementation of the Contractor HSE plan.

Review the method statement and procedure of work and establish acceptable HSE

practice on site.

Responsible for establishing and enforcing Safety regulation on site.

Conduct Safety training for all level of employee, Ensure TBT conducted on site on

regular basis. Conduct inspection on site.

Conduct weekly meeting, preparing monthly and weekly report, Reporting
