To whom it may concern:
I am applying to your current pharmacy technician position that is posted on my computer.
I currently work at a pharmacy and have been there since 12/01/2021. I enjoy the job and I’m looking
for the same position with a little less milage on my car. I am 45 minutes from your store. I love data
entry, filling prescriptions, filling the ScriptPro machine, selling medications to customers, putting
incoming orders away on the self and many other duties. I am looking for a full-time position with full
benefits. I am available to work starting June 1, 2022. I can work every day including holidays.
My work history includes working there, Shaws (Ellsworth), years ago at the front end. I have
worked in the clothing industry. I have always worked in customer service jobs (ice cream parlor in
Bucksport and greenhouse work, as well as small convenience stores). I have a current hair dressing
license that is valid in Maine (CO11234) and I have my California License as well. (KK122802). I also have
a valid Maine CNA license (CNA54934). I worked at Acadia Hospital in Bangor for 11.5 years and I was
vested in the company. When COVID hit things changed drastically at Acadia and I experienced extreme
burnout on the children’s unit with the lack of staffing. I have been a full-time working hairdresser on
Main Street in Bucksport for over 40 years. I love to learn new things and I completely enjoy what I do
in the pharmacy.
My education is really good. I have my associates in Liberal Arts from EMCC in Bangor. I
currently have a GPA of 4.0 at the University of Maine at the Bangor campus. I am moving toward my
bachelors in Mental Health and Human Services and I am considered a junior.
I was married for 23 years and I am currently divorced. I have two children, my son is 32,
married and has 1 child that just turned 1 two days ago. My daughter just turned thirty, she is married
and has 2 children. Her daughter is 6 and her son is 2. My life is full, I have been blessed greatly in many
areas.
My current pharmacy license is valid while working under a pharmacist. I am signed up for the
course to become certified in Maine, but I have not finished the course as of yet.
