Set up jobs correctly based on accurate readings of work orders and job specifications. Check dye-lot as machine's change lot numbers.

Cut weight check to ensure spec pile weight is correct. Check face of the turf through out order to ensure there are not defects. Inspect on moving coating lines for any defects on the face or back of rolls. Pull HOT pulls on coating line.

Cut and store retains.

Test drainage of fields after coating has cured for 24 hours. Pull tuft binds and slip locks on the Instron.

Yarn testing.

Merge yarn lots to ensure lots don't streak.

Inspect Logo's.

Ensure coating is covering logo seams.
