Increasing the sales of store it depends on the market of how many to cuts a pork and beef meat in a day.
We improve our skills of cutting in different parts of the pork and beef to satisfy the costumer.
We do all work 98% working clean and we have a Good Manufacturing Practices Audit every Week.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate all /butchery and meat cutting machines like bandsaw, slicer, grinder etc.
We do costumer assistance and display Meat in chiller of different kind of slices and all around we work in the store. My position is Retail Area Supervisor but I still do the display on the chiller of a various cuts, and deboning and meat cutting.
Monitor daily performance per store and giving suggestion how to improve in all category of performance.
We do a safety precaustions before cutting a meat it include to out GMP audit.
We work 8 hours a day and 4 weeks a month.
We clean everyday the working area and equipment we use in work
We check the products everyday before operate the store.
The entry must be on time to prepare the delivery and give the costumer the desire cut or meat.
Operate all cutting material like different knife that use for cutting like bandsaw, slicer and peeling knife cleaver knife etc.
Need to enter at the right time to be able to display in the chiller of different types of cuts.
