• Oversees and directs the daily loan operations functions by determining workflow and delegating tasks necessary to ensure quality and timely processing.
• Build constructive and effective relationships with loan officers, loan operations staff, and Bank department managers to promote communication and to ensure quality service delivery throughout the Bank, its service providers and external customers.
