Chaired five workgroups for: development of RCRA Corrective Action Regulations. Drafted RCRA Corrective Action Regulations for Cleanup of RCRA Hazardous Waste Sites. Also participated in 8 workgroups for regulation development and guidance documents involving: Corrective Action Risk Assessment Strategies, Underground Storage Tank Assessment, Corrective Action Technology Alternatives, etc., etc., etc. Drafted and wrote final version of Preamble for Corrective Action Regulations (archived in U.S. Library of Congress). Other job responsibilities included: briefing upper level management, organizing workgroups/conference, letters out to update state representatives, other workgroup members, offices, and other parties involved: on the progress of various regulations as they developed.

Wisconsin Division of Health, Madison, Wisconsin. Environmental Scientist. (1986). Worked on ATSDR site assessments (thru Wis. Div. of Health, who at that time was under contract with ATSDR and CDC in Atlanta). Investigated assigned RCRA hazardous waste sites and wrote ATSDR/CDC Site Assessment reports. for RCRA hazardous waste sites /cleanup prioritization throughout Wisconsin. Job responsibilities included: Evaluation of all available data, ordering of additional field data as necessary, site visits, writing official report(s) for ATSDR/CDC to be used to prioritize cleanup of hazardous waste sites (Completed ATSDR site assessments are archived in the U.S. Library of Congress).

Organized and ran non-profit organization which put out environmental health (internationally dist.) publication: "Environment & Health". (1987-1993).
