The P 140 is a residential natural gas regulator. My responsibilities are to rework regulators to customers specific needs.I exchange orifices, change vent port orientations, body positions,and range spring as well. All changes are done to ISO specifications. Then I test each unit to ensure there are no leaks and preset range spring to required setting. I print new label with part number and unit function,and description pack units then write up the finished goods ticket, then route the order to shipping. I have been responsible for the P140 line for 3 years I have held a great record for no Returned Goods Audits.
