Oversight of and eventual delegation of weekly supervision meetings for volunteer counselors, with several increasingly sophisticated levels of training. Leadership oversight of renovated Singles Ministries of over 100 single adults, developing intrinsic leadership team, outreach events, mentoring multi- participant teaching and worship teams.
