PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY
My job experiences started in the restaurant industry when I was young, then moving on to customer service for various companies including factory work and also for 3 different call centers. I have over 20 years in the customer service field. I love people in general and am very courteous and respectful all around. Customer Service is definitely what I am looking for. I work best in leadership positions. I believe in doing a job 100% all the time, no matter what.
SKILLS
I started out as a dishwasher when I was employed for my restaurant position and eventually ended up climbing to Manager through the years. I provided face to face customer service on a daily basis. I learned to use and rely on my customer service skills that I have acquired through the years, to connect with people on a profound level. I am honest, hardworking, dependable, and trustworthy, to name a few of my qualities
/skills. I have thorough and extensive computer knowledge, strong communication skills, as well as an experienced typer. I love being in Leadership or Manager roles. I feel a company should have someone at the forefront of their company that is very thorough, knowledgeable and is able to bring in that information and learn it as well as lay out and teach the companies' employees exact duties, policies, procedures, and responsibilities to which their position is calling for. Hands-on training works best for me when learning and teaching.
