Scope: The Company intends to upgrade the existing facilities at Sarqala-1 Central Processing Facility due to the future increased production and reduced flaring. To meet the reduced flaring concept, Aggreko require a pipeline (16”) between the GNME Sarqala-1 facility and their 165MW site in Kurdistan Autonomous region of Iraq. This pipeline shall be used to transport a multiphase gas consisting of predominantly rich flare gas, water and hydrocarbon condensates for the purposes of power generation. The gas itself is owned and supplied by the Ministry of Natural Resources of Kurdistan Autonomous Region in Iraq

(Petrofac Engineering Office) Scope: An EPCI of 2 platforms of each 700 MW AC Offshore Substation platforms, which are designed to carry out high-voltage switching and transformation equipment as well as auxiliary facilities in support of this high-voltage equipment. Connecting power of the wind farms will be delivered to the substations at a voltage level of 66 kV, the export cables will be operated at 220 kV. The platforms will consist of a lift installed topside, on top of a six-legged steel jacket. Jacket is piled to the seabed through skirt piles. J-tubes are foreseen in the jacket for pulling-in the 66 kV inner array cables of the connecting wind farms and the 220 kV export cables. Page 4 of 7

Modification and installation of 29 units at the MAA refinery, which included 16 new units. The first phase of the project involves the development of offshore facilities. It includes the laying of 240km of subsea pipelines, 128km of subsea composite and fibre-optic cables, as well as the installation of30,000t of offshore structures, such as jackets, riser platforms, flare towers and bridges, and approximately 3,000t of islands modules and bridges. Phase two involves the development of facilities on the four artificial islands, including wellhead controls, manifolds, crude oil process facilities, water injection and gas lift, booster gas compression facilities, oil export pumps, power generation and ancillary utilities, as well as the modification of the existing facilities.
