(December 2008 to June 2009: Security Monitor/Escort, Las Cruces, NM) Ms. Casablanca-Vity provided escorted access for construction workers, design professionals, cleaning and maintenance crews, and other individuals performing work on assigned facilities who do not have appropriate security clearances and/or access. She ensured those personnel with a valid need to enter the secure area of each facility were properly registered and badged by security personnel and guaranteed doors were secured to assigned facilities prior to and after un-cleared contractors’ access. She notified occupants in assigned facilities with classified information that un-cleared personnel were entering the area and maintained a log of all activities, number of personnel supported, location of area accessed to ensure security was maintained. She attended meetings as required to develop an understanding of contractor projects and anticipated future facility support needs.
