• Account creation for new members and monitor accounts as well. Enter financial data into Enterprise Resource Plan (ERP) and make corrections as necessary. Utilize Active Directory to make changes to user and group accounts.

• Use NMCI Enterprise Tool (NET) to create unclassified and unclassified accounts, modify, delete, and update user network accounts. Use HP Service Manager (HPSM) to create functional and group accounts, modify, update, and delete network accounts, via Navy Marine Corps Intranet Network (NMCI). Use Microsoft Office,

(excel, word, access, and power point).

Customer Support

• Provide technical assistance and guidance to various functional analysts and experts within the functional codes at the partner sites and subordinate commands.

• Interpret policy, regulations and guidelines for users and managers by determining the impact of the policy to the organization and keep the users abreast of things that impact their ability to use government automated systems. Interprets policies, goals regulations and statutes and assist in determining employee training requirements.

• Initiates research in specific areas to determine program status, adequacy, and effectiveness of existing programs.
