Accomplishments

● Solely created extensive processes as well as developed and delivered a comprehensive training program for all employees which led to the receipt of FSC and SFI Certifications for the company. Both certifications require a rigorous annual third party audit.

● Sourced, negotiated contracts and implemented two new corrugated vendors, which yielded more than 5% annual savings on boxes with highest utilization rates.

● Developed and executed a new consignment program for ink and adhesive suppliers and secured new local supplier, which saved more than $10,000 annually in freight costs.

● Implemented innovative preventative maintenance and repair procedures for ink dispensing machine which reduced downtime and need for outside service providers.
