Preparing Comparative Statement for PC Rate Item with material sample and get the approval from consultant.

Prepare Subcontractor & supplier contract agreements.

Prepare Subcontractor & Supplier payment certification as per agreements.

Advising on pre-qualification of contractor/sub-contractor, participation in value engineering workshops, preparation of initial budget requirements and to ensure completion of the project in line with intended cost, quality, time and maintaining good relations between the parties as far as possible by being objective at all times
