Preparing claim of Bodily injury, sickness, disease which is attributable to any negligence, willful act or breach of contract.

If any loss or damage happens to the works, goods or subcontractor’s documents during the period subcontractor is sole responsibility.

Tracking Variation approval status and monthly payments from consultant

Floating the Enquires to various subcontractor and supplier items and get best price and negotiate with them to get lowest price (with in our budget) as per specification.

Preparing Comparative Statement for PC Rate Item with material sample and get the approval from consultant.

Prepare Subcontractor & supplier contract agreements.

Prepare Subcontractor & Supplier payment certification as per agreements.

Advising on pre-qualification of contractor/sub-contractor, participation in value engineering workshops, preparation of initial budget requirements and to ensure completion of the project in line with intended cost, quality, time and maintaining good relations between the parties as far as possible by being objective at all times

Maintain proper log for subcontractor and supplier payment certification, variation log, EI log and client payment certifications.

Responsible for the Budgeting, Cash flow Analysis and Monthly Cost Report preparation
