Mini Project: Optimization & Development of Manilkara Zapota Jam Using Different Preservatives.

Objective: To standardize the jam with different formulation. Comparative study of the jam with the existing product in the market.

Mini Project: Enumeration of bacterial colonies in water sample (BIT water)

Objective: My project was based on the encumbering the bacterial colony in our college water sample by differentiating the gram positive and gram negative bacteria during the rainy season it was flooded with the some dirty or running water.

Mini Project: Preparation of jelly fortified with Moringa leaf Extract.

Objective: My project was based on preparing on jelly and to incorporate moringa leaf extract in to it to increase its Nutrional value.

Mini Project: Study on multiple defect and pickling process flow of well graded dill gherkins and sliced gherkins.

Objective: Study of industrial processing of gherkin fruit, Maintenance of equipment and their work principle and quality analyse of finished product.

To identify the multiple problems or defect along with the pickling process and their corrective measures.
