Promoted to this position to serve as a clinical and regulatory subject matter expert for 70 retail pharmacies to achieve organizational healthcare objectives and outcomes through collaborative relationships, both internally and externally. Selected for my capability to successfully create, implement and execute critical, novel clinical programs.

• Created material and presented to Regional Healthcare Leaders across New England relating to improved patient outcomes and educating them on their role for achieving results.

• Maintains a relationship with multiple hospital systems, including Northeast Vermont Regional Hospital and coordinates the different activities within our 340B programs to ensure patients have access to medication resulting in better patient outcomes and health equity.

• Significantly reduced a pharmacist shortage by recruiting and on-boarding 20 pharmacists (10% of area total) to support the needs of the area during the Spring of 2020.

Pharmacy Transition Lead for Rite Aid Acquisition November 2017-April 2020 I was chosen for this special assignment from a pool of 100 healthcare supervisors based on previous successful rebranding and retention of team members and patients during other smaller scale acquisitions.

• Successful retention of team members and patients during 25 optimizations and 80 brand conversions by creating a case for change and earning trust.

• Demonstrated care and compassion for team members during their cultural change by leading transparently during uncertain and ever-changing circumstances.
