Re: Orthopedic Technician Position
Dear Hiring Manager,
Few people can say they haven't worked in over 20 years. I'm one of those lucky few. Why? Because when you are passionate about what you do and wake up each day looking forward to the challenges and rewards that lay ahead I believe you never have to go to work. I love what I do and that feeling allows me to bring my best every day to the people I work with.
As my resume indicates, I possess more than 25 years of extensive experience in the orthopedic field. My professional history includes positions such as Orthopedic Technician at a number of different hospitals including Baylor Medical Center Dallas (where I spent a good part of my career), Presbyterian Plano as well as Orthopedic Support Specialist at Orthofix, Inc. in which my key role was to educate the sales reps, set up trade shows and support doctors on the proper use of Orthofix products. I'm a team player and have always had great rapport with the physicians, staff and patients with whom I've worked. To me, we are all family.
In my past time, I enjoy working out, coaching kids in basketball, strength, speed and agility skills and I'm an avid sports fan.
I have attached my resume for your review, and I would sincerely appreciate the opportunity to speak with you further regarding the Orthopedic Technician position.
Sincerely,
Ricky L. Jones
