“Hands-on development” of parts operations aftersales infrastructure and project masterplan in preparation for supporting new multi-brand vehicle entries into the North & Central American markets.

Formulated 5-year service parts distribution network strategy to provide industry leading dealer service throughout North America including optimal locations for single point entry hub and satellite facilities.

Developed detailed facility layout to support multiple brands and built capacity planning model for 5-year parts growth. Created specific equipment outline in preparation for RFQ.

Designed parts transportation & logistics strategy, modeling volumes, customer delivery standards and estimated costs.

Worked closely with two overseas OEM partners to develop an efficient integrated parts supply chain strategy & process for spare parts entering the US utilizing a US single point entry facility with push deployment to fast moving satellites.
