During the last six years I have been project manager of my own Design Firm Lugo Designs LLC: I have managed 5-6 clients at once maintaning contracts, budgets, orders, inventory and essential good relationships with my entire client roster.

I have been successfully taking projects through from concept to completion. I possess excellent drawing, presentation skills and out-sourcing, and am conversant with all key fields of Interior Designing.

A great team player who is open to growth working in a fast paced environment with demanding deadlines. I quickly create superb individual conceptual designs, work out costs and prepare estimates. I also possess excellent communication skills and will be very comfortable liaising directly with clients.

As someone who is creative, technically minded and pays attention to detail, I can easily design, develop and deliver unique high end results. I am an expert at Space Planning, Autocad, Renderings, Material and Finishes, Presentation Boards, Model Construction, Excel, Capfile, Hedsberg System and 3D model construction.
